Q: Where are your herbs sourced from?
A: Our herbal growers are located in Levant and purchased locally in Illinois. All herbs are authentic and straight from the source. Herbs are grown under organic conditions.
Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: Products are made to order. Due to products being made to order, please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be shipped. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and carrier. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Q: What is your return & exchange policy?
A: At this time, all sales are final. Please read all descriptions and disclaimers before purchasing. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please contact us so we can address your concerns.
Q: What happens if my package is delayed?
A: Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays or postal delays. Please allow additional time during peak seasons. If your order seems unusually delayed, reach out to us and we'll be happy to assist.
Q: My package says "Delivered" but I didn't receive it. What should I do?
A: Please double check your mailbox, neighbors, surrounding areas or carrier. Sometimes carriers mark packages "Delivered" a bit early. If the package does not show up within 48 hours, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Note: We are not responsible for misplaced or stolen packages.
Q: My order arrived damaged and/or incorrect. What should I do?
A: If your order arrived damaged and/or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with phots of the product and packaging, as well as your order number. We will gladly review and replace damaged and/or incorrect items.
